On May 17, 2010, the Durham Children’s Aid Foundation will be proudly launching our second annual Camps for Kids Campaign once again in partnership with RBC Royal Bank
Our goal is to raise $40,000 over the course of 7 weeks to ensure none of the 380 anticipated day and overnight campers (aged 3 to 18 years) are left behind because of funding concerns. Last year, thanks to the generosity of RBC, its customers and staff, we were able to raise an impressive $38,000, which enabled all of our 364 campers to attend 1 of 48 camps specific to their needs.
In 2010, RBC Royal Bank Personal Banking and Commercial Banking customers and staff will be pitching in again to help in a variety of ways at 12 locations in Durham Region. They are:
- Port Perry, 210 Queen Street
- Bowmanville, 55 King Street East
